My Schematics

Below are some ideas for electrical system schematics. My aeroplane used most of these or a variation on them. I present them here as idea points only and do NOT guarantee that they are functional working circuits.

One Base system.
this one has a switch to disconnect the main bus and alternator leaving just the essential bus. It is designed in such a way that it is easy to add a second alternator at a later stage if desired. This is similar to what I have.

Another Base system
This one has two alternators. The Main alternator shows internal regulation.. be carefull with this.. see the alternator page. The intent was to cut down on diagram size. I would recommend external regulators on both.

Nav Lights
How about wiring this through a CB but permanently on so that if you forget to turn your masters off you will see your nav lights on.
